Scope
This notice describes information handled through the UNASSAILABLE TECH website and initial inquiries. UNASSAILABLE TECH is operated by its founder, Arturo Mercado, who is based in California. Client engagements may involve additional information and are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, access, confidentiality, and data handling.
Website visits
The web server records technical details such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, response codes, and browser information. These logs support site operation, troubleshooting, and security. The current server configuration rotates logs daily and keeps up to 14 rotated log files. Hosting providers may also process technical information under their own policies.
Email inquiries
When you email support@unassailabletech.com, your email provider and our email provider process the message and its delivery information. We receive the contact information and content you choose to send and use it to respond and discuss requested services. Please do not email passwords, tax returns, student records, or other sensitive client information. If an engagement requires sensitive information, an appropriate transfer method and handling requirements should be agreed first.
Project brief form
When you send the project brief form, your name, email address, focus area, project details, and any organization or timeline you choose to add are sent to our web server. The server forwards them by email to support@unassailabletech.com through Google and does not save a copy. Its logs record whether a submission was sent, not what it contained. Your brief is then handled like an email inquiry, and we use it to respond and discuss requested services. Please do not include passwords or sensitive records in the form.
Cookies and external services
The website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include an analytics tracker. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. The www hostname passes through Cloudflare before redirecting to the main domain; Cloudflare may process request information and use security-related cookies. Email is routed through Google. These providers handle information under their own policies.
Do Not Track
This website does not track visitors over time or across third-party websites, so browser Do Not Track signals do not change how the site operates. The site does not use the external services described above for advertising or cross-site tracking; those providers handle the request information they receive under their own policies.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry emails and project briefs only as long as needed to respond and for related business records. We protect them with access controls and multi-factor authentication.
Client information and AI
Sensitive client information stays out of AI tools unless its use has been approved by the client. Engagement-specific rules, approved tools, access controls, and any retention or deletion requirements should be documented in the written agreement. This website notice does not replace that agreement.
